- The room price includes breakfast. Breakfast is served at the time agreed with the administrator in the cafeteria on the first floor. Mo-Fr between 7.45am and 10.00am, Sat-Sun and holidays between 8.30am and 10.30am. Please let us know about food intolerances or allergies when booking or upon arrival at the latest.
- Check-in: 14.00-18.00.
- The check-in time must be agreed in advance by phone: +372 4345188. The reception in the guest house is not open 24 hours and the administrator comes to the house at the time agreed.
- Key lockers are available in the guest house, in case the time of arrival cannot be agreed or you arrive late in the evening.
- Check-out: 12.00 latest.
- Pets are not allowed in the guest house.
- There is a large parking lot next to the house where visitors can park for free.

- Children up to 6 years of age stay free of charge in their parents' bed. A baby bed is free for children up to 2 years old (the number of baby beds is limited, please reserve a bed in advance). In a standard room with the possibility of an extra bed, you can order an extra bed for the child (€20 per night) if desired.
